Parental Lineage Deep Dive

Rainbow Berries

Rainbow Berries is a terpene powerhouse known for its “fruity gas” bouquet—think candy sweetness, berry jam, and sour citrus layered with soft diesel. It descends from Zkittlez and Strawberry-based cultivars, giving it both a candy-fruit top note and the classic “rainbow” aroma. This parent contributes color vibrancy, sweetness, and that unmistakable sherbet-like exhale Reactive Rainbow is known for.

Zikigai (Original Z × Rainbow Belts 2.0)

Zikigai, bred by Raw Genetics, has become one of the most sought-after terpene strains in the modern scene. It combines The Original Z (Zkittlez) with Rainbow Belts 2.0, creating deep, layered terps that range from tropical fruit leather to lime candy and creamy gas. Zikigai has already taken home multiple awards for both flower and hash, thanks to its resin-rich structure and extract-friendly profile.

Together in Reactive Rainbow

When Rainbow Berries and Zikigai collide, the result is flavor alchemy: intense candy sweetness from both parents, backed by a resin-heavy body ideal for both smoking and extraction. The expression from Neptune Pharms leans toward sweet gas with vivid coloration—true “smokeable art.”
